Well, what a fantastic weekend we all had in Buxton this weekend. Anne Mann, Sue Geldhill, Suzanne Pearson and Joanne Reay all exhibited their work as part of Buxton's Art Trail during Buxton's Fringe Festival which continues on until the 22nd July.
We had a fantastic venue at St Anne's Community Centre which was situated just at the rear of St anne's Church by the side of the Art Gallery. We had tea and coffee on hand with lots of lovely homemade cakes. The turnout was high which just shows that the commitee members, (Suzanne Pearson being one of them), had done a great job in organising and promoting the event. It is certainly one not to miss next time which will be in 2014 as it is a biannual event. Heres some pictures of our venue. |
